Follow the steps outlined below to apply for reimbursement under Harvard’s TRP.

Step 1: Confirm your educational institution is accredited.

Verify the educational institution you are attending is on the list of accredited institutions by clicking HERE. If the institution is not listed, the course is not eligible for reimbursement.

Certificate and licensing programs must be provided by an accredited institution or an institution otherwise recognized by the license-granting body and must provide education that supports the core duties of an internal Harvard position. Please contact Harvard Benefits at 617-496-4001 or [email protected] prior to enrolling in a certificate or licensing program to confirm program eligibility.

Step 2: Upon successful completion of the course, submit your tuition reimbursement application.

Please select the appropriate application below. Applications and documentation must be submitted within sixty (60) days of the last day of the class. You will need to upload proof of cost and proof of payment at the time you submit your application. You can submit your grade later (see Step 3), but no later than 60 days after the last day of class.

NOTE: If you are unable to obtain the required information within 60 days of the last day of the class, you must contact Harvard Benefits or Voya Financial prior to the deadline to discuss an extension.
