Call the Plan Information Line at 1-800-961-401K (1-800-961-4015) or Hearing-Impaired 1-877-671-3146 and press “0” to speak with a Participant Services Representative (PSR). PSRs are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time (except when the New York Stock Exchange is closed).

You can also email a Participant Services Representative by logging on to the Plan website and clicking on Plan Information > Participant Service > Email Services.
