Catch up with your premiums here.

Voya supports employees by handling the ongoing administration and maintenance of benefit programs when an employee goes on approved retirement or leave of absence.

This service provides you a billing letter reflecting premiums due per plan and payment coupons through the end of a leave period or pay period; the direct billing option features monthly or payroll cycle billing, customized payment deadlines, detailed reporting and open enrollment notification/processing.

We handle billing and premium collection:

  • If you are a Direct Bill participant, you are billed directly, providing you with a benefit continuation welcome letter and comprehensive support. In addition, we provide updated payment information upon plan renewal or upon plan or rate changes.
  • We will also handle the ongoing collection of premiums from Direct Bill participants. You can pay premiums via recurring ACH from your savings or checking accounts, on a date that’s convenient for you (within the established grace period). Other options include paying premiums monthly, or several months in advance.  
  • For retirees, we work directly with the appropriate carriers — and provide comprehensive support for Under Age 65 and Over Age 65 retired employees and their covered dependents, and notification of Medicare eligibility.

  • Your retiree open enrollment process can be managed from start to finish.
  • We provide you, the retiree, a complete benefit packages, including:
    • Customized open enrollment letters
    • Notification of new rates
    • Benefit change information

Where can I pay for Direct Bill online?

You can either mail in a check or money order accompanied with a premium coupon or, set up a one-time or recurring payment online by logging into your member portal.

Is Direct Bill federally regulated?

No.

I forgot to pay my premium and coverage terminated. Can I have a one-time reinstatement?

Please contact our customer service center to discuss if there are options available to you.  

How do I terminate my coverage?

All termination requests must be submitted in writing. You can send the detailed request by fax, email, or mail.
