Voya supports the handling of premium collection for certain benefit programs when you go on an approved leave of absence or when you retire.


This service provides you with billing information so you can see premiums due per benefit plan, as well as choose your payment method.

Visit the Member Portal for more information regarding premium amounts due or to schedule a payment.

We handle billing and premium collection:

  • If you are a Direct Bill participant, Voya will bill you directly on behalf of your employer to maintain the active status of your available benefits.
  • Pay for premiums by the payment due date or within the grace period outlined by your employer.

How can I remit payments for Direct Bill?

Voya will provide payment coupons for available benefits via U.S. Mail. You can either mail in a check or money order accompanied with a premium coupon or set up a one-time, or recurring payment online by logging into your Member Portal.

I forgot to pay my premium and coverage terminated. Can I have a one-time reinstatement?
