Coverage

Within 4 business days: Your coverage is set up in our system.

Payment

Within 5 business days: Initial payment is processed

- If you set up Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), future payments are automatically made on the selected day
- If you did not set up EFT, you will receive a bill within 7 to 10 business days via U S P S

If you contact us by phone, payments can be made:

Directly from your checking account over the phone, via EFT or by receiving a bill at your home.

If you mail the forms, payments can be made:

Via EFT by completing the enclosed EFT form or if you choose not to utilize EFT, an invoice will be sent directly to your home following the receipt of your application.

Please note that all non-EFT payments may include a $3.50 processing fee for each payment.

Confirmation

Within 7 to 10 business days:
